That's a whole lotta dough!

So since I was attacked last week (by a cat) and had issues, I'm finally back to being able to use my right hand again, mostly at least! I thought that I would make bread since it's been a week, the spot where I had it written down had the sugar version instead of the honey, so I went off memory and instead of the 2 loaves conversion I ended up making enough for 4 loaves!
So now we have 2 loaves of bread, 24 mini sweet rolls (those went last night) and 6 jumbo cinnamon & brown sugar muffins! Turned out nicely though.
Very bummed about missing church today though, all 5 of us aren't feeling the best,mine I think is ALL sinus though, Jacob has a fever and has for a few days, Catey is sick to her stomach, and poor Nick is all stuffed up. :(
I am so excited to go to this Homeschool Convention & Curriculum Fair in Kansas City in only 2 weeks though! I think that we are even going to go to the KC Zoo! (weather depending of course). But for now, I think we are all going to rest and eat soup.

My Journey..the Beginning

I'm am so new to 'Blogging' but my head is going to implode if some of my thoughts don't try to escape some how, I see how lost my husband gets when I go from one subject to another in just a few minutes (after I've had 23 other topics, thoughts and conversations in my head) and expected him to keep up with me; we've had a discussion where I have given him the rundown of how I got from getting Coconut Milk when we go to the store to why we need to rearrange the pictures on the living room wall.

This is my journey to find peace within myself as well as the Super-Mom I know I am capable of becoming. Trying to juggle a husband who's a theatre major is a lot of Drama..add to that 3 kids, a 'moose' of a Dog named Riley, laundry, dishes, homework for a full load of college classes for myself, and now I'm entering into the Homeschool world with my middle child who is a Different Needs and Highly Distractible Boy of 7 years as well as my just turned 5 Need special attention but I can do it myself Son and my 10 year old in love with Justin Bieber Diva of a daughter. Let's add to that trying to lose weight and make healthier lifestyle choices for myself and my brood.
